We provide full service, turnkey land acquisition, relocation, surplus property disposition, demolition contracting, condemnation preparation, appraisal, title search, cost estimating and related expert witness and/or abbreviated services as directed.


Accounting
Our Accounting Department will provide you with monthly itemized statements showing income and expenses related to your property as well as Tenant management and maintenance issues.
Marketing
We employ a targeted marketing program that utilizes the Internet, Multiple Listing Services, local newspapers, circulars, signage and local advertising. Your Property Manager will promptly pursue all leads and inquiries and schedule showings of your property during the week, evenings, and weekends.


Maintenance
We provide our clients with 24-hour emergency repair services. We minimize the cost of repairs and maintenance using our extensive network of contractors, vendors, and handymen.
Tenant Services
Our tenant’s happiness is our success. Each property has a property manager who oversees the daily maintenance and ensures that everything is up to A-class standards. If you have any issue you need taken care of, we are available 24/7.
